WELCOME...

Welcome, potential clients, professional colleagues, and members of the general public to my new blog page.

This is my first posting.

2010 has proved to be a very successful year for me, culminating in me gaining yet another Top 10 UK Trainer accolade from the FIA.

And on top of this most recently I managed to get to the final 3 out of 950 applicants for an executive part time Personal Trainer's role for a multi millionaire hotel chain in the heart of London, and even though I was obviously disappointed not to get the position I felt immensely proud of getting through to the final selection phase, and this I can take very much forward to next year...Rock 'n' Roll...

Obviously. I would not have achieved all of these great achievements without my tremendous clients, and yet another example of proving that old fashioned training far exceeds the boring scientific methods that are used by so many trainers out there!!

I will be putting up fitness advice, and I also look forward to receiving any questions or comments you may have.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Just found you site after searching YouTube for Bergen training, you have the only videos on there relating to it. :) Many thanks for the vids, the t-pushups will be entering into my ventures ;)

Hi Simon. Many Thanks indeed for the kind words, apologies for not being able to comment much sooner but I have had a connection problem down Wales. Bergen Training is my bread and butter in overall cardiovascular fitness training, have always trained with no less than 44lbs in weight, the T-Push Up is entirely unique as it incorporates three different elements into one smooth movement. If you can do this with a bergen then consider the explosive drive you will get from the ankles when you do them without the weight. Cheers again, look forward to the next comment, and please pass on the website and youtube link to your colleagues.
